Important notes on delivery times:
- Delivery times are working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- Times are estimates from dispatch date, not order date.
- Items ordered after the cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day.
- Made-to-order items require an additional 3–5 working days before dispatch.
- Custom / bespoke items: lead time confirmed at time of order.
- Delays may occur due to exceptional weather, carrier disruption, or force majeure events.

Made-to-Order Items
Dispatched within 3–5 working days of order confirmation.
Custom / Bespoke Items
Lead time agreed and confirmed in writing at time of order.

Saturday – Sunday: Closed
